1. First, contact and tell us what your interests are, and we shall answer promptly with suggestions on how you can become involved in aquaculture and fish farming. Site identification and feasibility analysis are the first steps in the development of an aquaculture project. Our services are provided against fees. The fees will be determined after we both agree on the scope of our services and work.
2. Let us know in general what kind of land, water and climate you have.
3. We will let you know if the sites appear suitable for a fish farm or shrimp farm. We will provide guidelines for site selection and discuss options for development.
4. Our experts will visit the sites and, with your assistance, collect the relevant site, technical and economic data.
5. Back in CRTE headquarters, the information will be analyzed and a production strategy will be chosen.
6. We will inform you of the main features of the proposed fish/Shrimp farm project and the costs involved. A pre-feasibility plan can be prepared at your request.
7. A full Feasibility Study and a Business Plan are prepared in a bankable format and serves as the basis for raising equity capital and loans. It can include an Environmental Impact Statement, as increasingly demanded by authorities.
8. CRTE assists in presenting the Business Plan to potential investors, such as company boards, local banks and/or international Finance Institutions.
